Peter Warne
Peter is a Director of a number of public companies including the Australian Securities Exchange Ltd, Macquarie Group Ltd, ALE Property Group, Next Financial Ltd and WHK Group Ltd. Peter is also Deputy Chairman of Capital Markets CRC Limited and a member of the advisory board of the Australian Office of Financial Management. Peter has held a number of senior positions in investment banking previously being a member of the senior management team at Bankers Trust Australia. Peter holds a BA in Actuarial Studies from Macquarie University.
