Frances Carlow
Business Development Manager
SIRCA

In her role as Business Development Manager, Frances works closely with SIRCA's Member Universities to ensure that they are able to share in the full range of SIRCA's specialised research support services. Frances also works with our Infrastructure Partners to ensure continual improvement and quality of data provided by SIRCA.

Frances has both strategic and operational experience from IT and Finance disciplines. She has worked in the Finance industry for over 7 years both in Sydney and in the UK. This experience, coupled with her keen interest in quality improvement, ensures that SIRCA's valued long-term relationships are maintained and enhanced to leverage the best returns for Members and Partners alike.

Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science (UTS) and a Master of Commerce (UNSW).
