RASP Overview

SIRCA has launched its Research Application Service Provider which aids researchers in the search and extraction of historical market data.

The current release provides access to 8 years of historical transactional data for over 5,000,000 stocks, indices, futures and options contracts from 180 of the most active markets in the world. This data is sourced from SIRCA's exclusive Reuters data source, and covers the period 2nd January 1996 to 31st October 2003. RASP also provides 14 years of Australian Stock Exchange data from 3rd September 1990 to 31st October 2003 sourced directly from the Australian Stock Exchange Limited.

Accessing the RASP Web Site

The RASP service is only available to SIRCA's Foundation and Subscribing Members through a RASP Logon. To apply for a RASP account or to access a demo version of RASP, please contact SIRCA's Data Consult Manager.
