Confidential Data Consults

Requests that are deemed confidential under Section 11 of the ASX and SIRCA Research Infrastructure Agreement require approval from the ASX Research Committee. Data consults will typically require approval if they require order level information or broker identifiers.

Confidential data consults are reviewed periodically by the ASX Research Committee, and must be finalised and submitted to SIRCA by 10am on the deadline date. An approval letter from ASX is generally sent to SIRCA in the week following the committee meeting.
