Company Announcements (Signal G) Data

The company announcements are available via a 'Signal G' service. They detail announcements lodged with the ASX pursuant to the ASX Listing Rules.

This data may be downloaded or searched directly from the SIRCA website. Note that the search tool is only available to Full Members.

Daily Data Files

These files are arranged by months. The format for these files is comma-delimited ASCII. The outline of the files is given below. If there are no announcements for a stock, no record appears in the output file.

Notes

1. This is a code assigned by SIRCA which allows companies to be tracked through time when the stock code changes
2. The date on which the announcement was disseminated to the market by the ASX via Signal G
3. The time at which the announcement was disseminated to the market by the ASX via Signal G
4. The date on which the announcement was received by the ASX from the company
5. The time at which the announcement was received by the ASX from the company
6. A 3 number code for the industry group. The first two numbers relate to the main industry group the third relates to a sub group. This field may take the following values:
