Please be advised that the unexpected issue resulting in an outage of the SIRCA Portal and the Thomson Reuters Tick History (TRTH) product has now been resolved. Access has again resumed as normal for all users. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

SIRCA Portal & TRTH Service Disruption

Members should be advised that due to an unexpected disruption in service at our data centre all datasets through the SIRCA Portal and Thomson Reuters Tick History (TRTH) are currently unavailable. Our team is working with our infrastructure provider to resolve this issue as soon as possible and we will notify you once more information becomes available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
